So.. it was a few days of basketball. =) We got third place. Yay!! x) Praise God!! :D
Ya.. I know i havent been updating my blog recently. So, here i am! Hahaha. Let's see.. conclusions of the past week:
It's not about winning or losing.
Teamwork is very very important. Especially when you're in a team. Duh. That's why it's called a team right? xP
Under every and any circumstance, thank God.
No matter what, life still goes on.
Dealing with different people is NOT easy.
Being a good leader is NOT easy.
Don't point fingers and complain that so-and-so is an irritating, bossy, rude person, etc. Even if everyone thinks so. Coz the poblem isn't with the other person, it's us (me). [I don't know how to explain this, but just think about it lah if you want. I think it's very true.]
A true friend will tell the truth, even when it hurts.
God did not make so many people to be alone.
A simple word/act of encouragement goes a loooooooooooooong way. Usually longer then expected. =)
Everything comes with a C.O.S.T.
And i realized:
I don't know how to tell the hurting truth.
I'm form 4. Time is limited.Time is running out.
There are still many people who are wandering around aimlessly. People are hurting.People are LOST.
It's still so hard to love her. And i just don't know why.
I'm not doing my job.
Everyone desires to be loved. Even if they say they don't.
Everyone needs God.
It's hard to put others above self-centered-me. Especially when i don't really wanna do it. Especially when they 'don't mean that much to me'. Especially when they dont even appreciate it.

Teacher told us that the mid year exam was brought forward today. It's on the 5th of may.
"Huh?!?!?!"
Haha. My class' reaction is always so funny, so drastic, so exagerating. Well, that leaves us all with only 3 weeks. At least we're not the only ones trying to catch up with time. Teachers also havent finish their syllabus lah. Haha. Kelam-kabut together loh. Heee.
Must start from now. Discipline! Discipline!"Yeah rightttt..." I havent even finished my hutang-ed homework. Ah.. oh well. 加油加油吧.
A veterinarian was called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker. The dog's owners, Ron, his wife, Lisa, and their little boy, Shane, were all very attached to Belker, and they were hoping for a miracle.
The vet examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. He told the family he couldn't do anything for Belker, and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home.
As they made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told the vet they thought it would be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt as though Shane might learn something from the experience.
During the procedure, Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time, that one might wonder if he understood what was going on.
Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away.
The little boy seemed to accept Belker's transition without any difficulty or confusion. They sat together for a while after Belker's death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives.
Shane, who had been listening quietly, piped up, "I know why."
Startled, they all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned everyone.
He said, "People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life, like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?"
The six-year-old continued, "Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long."
Isnt this story just so true? =)
